Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.
We aim to hand over orders to a delivery carrier within 2 business days of payment. Orders are not processed, shipped, or handed over to carriers on weekends or UK public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. Where there is a significant delay, we will notify you.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are determined by the carrier’s service and are outside of our direct control.
Any delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Dispatch Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.
Where applicable, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Issues
Sane Jelly Tech is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect delivery details provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
