One-Year Limited Warranty Policy

Last updated: 23 July 2026

This One-Year Limited Warranty is provided by Sane Jelly Tech, a trading name of Matthew White (“Sane Jelly Tech”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

1. Warranty period

All products purchased directly from sanejellytech.org are covered by this limited warranty for one year from the date the product is delivered.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, receipt or other acceptable evidence of purchase, may be required.

2. What this warranty covers

This warranty covers:

Defects in materials or workmanship;

Hardware faults or failures occurring during normal and intended use;

Products that stop functioning as reasonably expected because of an inherent defect; and

Defective components installed as part of a custom-built PC supplied by Sane Jelly Tech.

The product must have been used, installed, maintained and stored in accordance with any instructions supplied with it.

3. What this warranty does not cover

This warranty does not cover faults, damage or performance issues caused by:

Accidental damage, impact, drops, crushing or liquid exposure;

Misuse, neglect, abuse or use outside the product’s intended purpose;

Incorrect installation, improper maintenance or unsuitable operating conditions;

Power surges, incorrect voltage, electrical supply faults or inadequate ventilation;

Repairs, modifications, overclocking or alterations not authorised by Sane Jelly Tech;

Normal wear and tear;

Ordinary cosmetic damage that does not affect the product’s operation;

Normal reduction in battery capacity resulting from age and use;

Software errors, malware, viruses, operating-system problems or third-party compatibility issues, unless directly caused by a covered hardware defect;

Damage caused by another product, accessory, cable, component or service not supplied by Sane Jelly Tech;

A fault or condition that was clearly disclosed in the product description before purchase; or

Products purchased from another retailer, marketplace or private seller.

This warranty does not cover the loss, corruption or recovery of files, programs, passwords, settings or other data. Customers should back up important data before returning a device or storage component.

4. How to make a warranty claim

To make a claim, contact us at:

Email: sanejellytech@gmail.com

Please provide:

Your name and order number;

The product name;

A clear description of the defect or failure;

The date the problem began;

Photographs or a short video showing the issue, where possible; and

Any serial number or identifying information requested by us.

We may ask you to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps before arranging a return.

Please do not return a product without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns may delay the assessment of your claim.

5. Inspection and assessment

We may need to inspect or test the product to confirm the cause of the fault and whether it is covered by this warranty.

Where a valid warranty claim is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

Repairing the product;

Replacing the product with the same model;

Providing an equivalent replacement where the original model is unavailable; or

Issuing a full or partial refund where appropriate.

Any replacement may be new or professionally tested and refurbished, provided it offers equivalent or better functionality and condition.

A repaired or replacement product will remain covered for the rest of the original one-year warranty period.

6. Warranty return costs

For a confirmed or reasonably supported warranty claim, Sane Jelly Tech will cover reasonable return postage costs. We may provide a prepaid return label or agree to reimburse an appropriate postage cost.

Customers must use the return method agreed with us and retain proof of postage.

Where inspection shows that the product is working correctly or that the issue is excluded from this warranty, we may ask the customer to pay the cost of returning the product to them. We will explain any charge before returning the product.

7. Packaging returned products

Products must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transport. Wherever possible, customers should use the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.

Sane Jelly Tech is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate return packaging, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

8. Custom-built PCs

For custom-built PCs, the warranty covers covered hardware defects in the system and components supplied by Sane Jelly Tech.

The warranty does not cover:

Problems caused by components installed or modified by the customer or another party;

Software installed after delivery;

Overclocking not configured or approved by Sane Jelly Tech;

Data loss; or

Damage caused by opening, altering or working on the system without appropriate care.

Opening a PC case for reasonable purposes, such as cleaning or installing an upgrade, does not automatically cancel the warranty. However, damage caused during that work will not be covered.

Individual components may also include a separate manufacturer’s warranty. Any manufacturer’s warranty is additional to this Sane Jelly Tech warranty.

9. Your statutory rights

This warranty is provided in addition to your legal consumer rights. It does not replace, restrict or exclude any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection law.

For customers in the United Kingdom, products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and as described. Legal remedies may remain available even after this one-year warranty has expired.
